I truly believe that our bodies have an innate ability to heal itself.  The innate intelligence within each and every one of us has an amazing ability to change, adapt and heal.  Think about when you get a cut.  It automatically heals and we never think twice about it.  We just expect it and never give it a second thought.   
 

Healthy food is truly medicine.  If you really want to reach your optimal health, it's so important to understand the impact food can have on your overall wellbeing.  Not only does choosing the right foods improve your physical health, it improves your emotional health too.   But...a very important part of the equation to reach your health goals is your MIND.  

How many times have you tried to improve your health whether it be for weight loss, decrease inflammation, have more energy, prevent disease, etc., only to sabotage your new behaviors?  That critical voice inside your head that starts up right when you decide to do something good for yourself.  We all have it.  The GREAT news is, we can learn how to quiet that voice and listen more intently to our true self.  It's truly life-changing.
